Safety instructions
  • Read the entire user manual before use.
  • Do not open the housing during operation or while the power is connected.
  • If there is smoke, sparking or an unusual smell, disconnect the device immediately and contact the service team.
  • Do not allow water or corrosive liquids to enter the device.
  • Use an earthed socket. Power supply for the unit shown: 100–230 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
  • Do not touch the cable or plug with wet hands. Do not use a damaged cable.
  • After use, switch off the device and disconnect the power.
Contraindications and restrictions
  • Infections and specific skin conditions listed in the manual.
  • Bleeding disorders.
  • Use of anticoagulant medication.
  • Pregnancy.
  • A tendency to develop keloid scars.
  • A pacemaker or other electronic implants.
  • Metal implants in the treatment area.
  • Malignant skin lesions or active cancer.

Typical reactions

  • Immediately after treatment: redness, slight swelling and a feeling of warmth
  • After 1 day: a gradual reduction in redness and swelling
  • After 2–3 days: possible peeling, redness and small scabs
  • After 3–4 days: natural shedding of the epidermis and scabs

Basic recommendations

  • Use moisturising and restorative skin care
  • Do not pick scabs
  • Use UV protection and avoid direct sunlight
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming and saunas for approximately 48 hours
  • Avoid alcohol after treatment
  • Avoid getting the skin wet for 24 hours after treatment

Everyday hygiene.

  1. Clean external surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth

  2. Do not use harsh cleaning products, acetone or alcohol

  3. Discard single-use needle cartridges after each use

  4. Regularly check cables and connectors
